Outstanding service from Harry, who made our afternoon tea delightful with his attentiveness and humor. The food was superb, particularly the cakes and scones, making it the best afternoon tea we’ve experienced. the abandoned tennis court and other derelict structures detracted slightly from the otherwise well-maintained grounds. While our room was clean and charming, an iron would have been a useful addition. Despite the high drink prices, our stay was immensely enjoyable, making us eager to return.

Cozy stay with fab breakfast
Just spent 2 nights in a lovely superior double room. The staff were super nice and attentive, but I missed those cute little hors d'oeuvres at dinner. Breakfast was the highlight, though – fresh eggs benedict and warm croissants were amazing! Just wish the carpets looked a bit better.

A Wonderful Weekend Escape with Exceptional Service
Our family enjoyed a delightful two-night stay in the Superior Double Room. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Tip, Don't miss the peaceful walks in the beautiful grounds. The buffet was decent, but we loved the a la carte dinner!

The grand entrance sets the tone for a delightful experience with attentive staff and a light, clean room featuring soft bedding. The ambiance of the main bar adds charm, and the prompt service throughout is commendable. the breakfast sausages fell short of expectations, and a separate smoking area away from the entrance would enhance comfort.

Great stay with friends! We loved exploring Snape Maltings for shops and concerts. The guided tour of the Hall was a highlight, and we enjoyed drinks at the nearby golf club with stunning views. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend the private dining room for groups.
Our room was a bit chilly at night, but we managed. Didn't bother to mention it to staff as it was bearable.

Perfect for a romantic getaway
We had an amazing stay, the staff were friendly, especially this guy named Harry who looked after us during our afternoon tea. The setting was suitable, outside, everything was prepared, just in case the weather turned on us. It went smooth as silk, the tea was probably the best I've ever had, just like they know how to do things right here!
It certainly wasn't cheap, but then again, you get what you pay for.
